چکیده
Nitrous oxide (N2O) is an important trace gas contributing to global warming and depletion of ozone in the stratosphere. Its increasing abundance caused mainly by anthropogenic sources, such as application fertilizers agriculture or emissions from industry. To understand N2O budget, its sources sinks need be well-described quantified. In this project, a new method for source appointment was developed that can help with task. The based on analysis eight most abundant isotopic molecules N2O, using quantum cascade laser absorption spectroscopy (QCLAS). applicability towards biogeochemical cycle demonstrated prominent (bacterial denitrification) sink (UV photolysis) samples prepared laboratory experiments. An extension QCLAS natural achieved hyphenation preconcentration technique increases concentration analyte standardizes sample matrix. This article provides overview currently applied techniques field greenhouse-gas description device TREX will employed future projects method.

Examination of research into pole alternatives indicates that, without exception, studies have found that total energy requirements associated with wood materials are considerably lower than those of commonly substituted materials. The substitution of high-energy-intensive materials for low-energy-using wood materials would contribute substantially to an overall increase in carbon

til very recently, scientists still deliberated whether human activity was altering the global climate. Specifically, was the release of greenhouse gases, which trap heat radiating from the earth’s surface, to blame? With scientific evidence mounting in favor of the affirmative, the discussion is now turning to what steps society can take to protect our climate. One solution almost certainly wi...

متن کاملNutritional Mitigation of Greenhouse Gases
Methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrous oxide (N2O), and halocarbons are greenhouse gases (GHG) that are able to trap heat in the atmosphere by radiating less heat into the space and increase the effect of solar and thermal radiation on surface and atmospheric temperatures (Knapp et al., 2014). In 2014, total U.S. GHG emissions measured 6,870 million metric tons of CO2 equivalents. Agricul...
